Maintenance is so much harder than dieting. I let myself relax over Christmas and can feel the pounds slowly coming back. I need to get back into the swing of regular exercise and be a bit stricter with my diet, allowing one treat meal per week. I’ll start by reintroducing a daily food and exercise diary to keep track of what I’m eating. I’m not one for calorie counting, just eating healthy and not eating when full.
